Payment

All bookings require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. All invoices are 14 days terms. Outstanding invoices of 30 days or more from the event will have admin fees added.

Lost footage

With technology many different things can do wrong, if equipment is at fault and you lose more than 10% of your footage we will discount your invoice the same percentage as footage lost when it is more than 10%. E.g. 20% of the footage is lost, you get a 20% discount.

When the footage is lost due to outside factors such as weather or damage to the equipment from third parties no discount will apply.

Cancellations.

Any cancellations up to 7 days prior to event will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations from 3 to 7 days before the event you will be invoice a total of 40% of the quote.

Cancellations 48hrs before the event you will be invoice a total of 50% of the quote

Cancellations on the day of the event but before SFS staff have turned up 75%

Cancellations after staff have turned up to the event you will be invoiced 90% of quote.

Postponed events

If 7 days notice is given there will be no extra charge

Between 3 to 7 days you will be invoice a total of 20% of the quote

From 2 days before to the actual event you will be invoice a total of 35% of the quote

If staff have turned up to the event you will be charged 75% of the quote

The reason for these charges are that for all events there are many hours of work that go into preparing for these events. Most business charge 100% in the event of cancellation or postponement.
